"Are You in Rhythm?" Atrial Fibrillation Awareness Campaign
The CARMA Center is dedicated to spreading awareness about Atrial Fibrillation and educating the public about the condition and the health risks, such as stroke, that come with the disease. In an effort to broaden the impact of our Atrial Fibrillation Awareness Campaign we are organizing several screening and educational events in Utah and other states including Idaho, Wyoming, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, California, Colorado and Illinois. At these events we offer free screenings for AFib and educational materials about the condition and its various treatment options. The CARMA Center is working in partnership with Sanofi to expand our awareness outreach to physicians and clinicians. We provide resources regarding where and how to seek treatment in each area and how to access the cutting edge research and treatment facilities at the University of Utah.
