"I am so blessed and honored to have received this scholarship. I want to thank the National Hispanic Health Foundation in giving me this award and for being an example to me in giving back to our community. This scholarship brings me one step closer in being an advocate as Nurse for the Hispanic community and for helping me show others, by example, what they can also accomplish."
