Heather draws upon a deep career within University of Utah Health with over twenty-six years of healthcare knowledge in patient access, billing, Epic EHR, quality metrics, patient reported outcomes and clinical workflows. She possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for translating complex data into actionable insights to help providers and system leaders achieve higher levels of efficiency and patient care.
